Tundu is an inventory management platform designed for small and medium businesses. The service includes inventory tracking, transaction recording, receipt scanning via AI, analytics, and notifications.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Acceptable Use

  • You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
  • You agree not to use the App to transmit any harmful, threatening, or objectionable content.
  • You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.

  • Your business data (inventory, transactions, etc.) remains your property.
  • We may use anonymized, aggregated data for improving our services.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Tundu. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for its intended purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate data entry.

8. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zambia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zambia.
